Join us for this group weight lifting class specifically designed for women, especially those with osteoporosis or low bone mineral density. No experience in resistance training is needed—I will guide you every step of the way.
Through targeted resistance and weight-bearing exercises, this class helps increase bone strength and build lean muscle mass. In addition to supporting bone health, our program boosts brain function, reduces inflammation, lowers fall risk, and improves insulin sensitivity.
